NSTALLATION
1. Lubricate and install new rod seal,
rod wiper, backup ring and o-ring on
the headcaps.
2. Lubricate and install the seal and
wear ring in the piston.
3. Lubricate the piston seal with clean
hydraulic fluid and install the rod
assembly in the cylinder barrel.
4. Screw headcaps into cylinder barrel.

NSTALLATION
1. Installation is reverse of removal.
2. Cycle the steering cylinder several
timestoremoveairfromthesystem.
3. Check the cylinder for proper opera-
tion and check all connections for
leaks.
