Z - Safe methods for rear towing
Avoid rear upset. Attach the equipment to the correct part of the machine. Do not use the hitch as if it
were a drawbar if the horizontal load exceeds the maximum value indicated in the Specifics section.
AA - Battery isolators
The battery isolator disconnects the battery from the main electrical circuit. Refer to the manual for battery
isolator switch positions ana for use the battery isolator.
AB - Seat belts
Wear the seat belt at all times when operating the machine.
AC - Auto guidance system(s)
The machine is not equipped with an auto guidance system.
AD - Safely using the folding Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS)
It is possible to temporarily lower the folding ROPS on this machine in order to access areas where
overhead space is limited. Always follow the instructions in this manual when folding and opening the
ROPS, and use the seat belt correctly
AE - Consequences of rolling over with folding rollover protective structure
Using machines without a cab with the ROPS folded could cause accidents in the event of rolling over. To
avoid the risk of crushing:
• Always fasten the seat belt when operating the machine with the ROPS in an upright position. If the
ROPS is in the folded position, the seat belt should not be used. Raise the ROPS and wear the seat belt
as soon as conditions allow.
• DO NOT operate this machine with the ROPS removed. Only remove the ROPS where necessary to
carry out maintenance operations or to replace it.
AF - Correct use of a folding Rollover Protection Structure (ROPS)
When using machines that do not have a cab, the operator can fold the ROPS in areas where overhead
space is limited, for example in orchards and vineyards or in structures such as greenhouses. The operator
is not provided with any protection when using machines with the ROPS folded. In areas where overhead
space is limited, opera- tors must raise the ROPS as soon as they have finished working.
AG - Greasing points
Please refer to this manual's maintenance chapter to locate the greasing points. Carry out required
greasing as per the listed intervals.
AH - Seats and whole-body vibrations
Ensure that the operator correctly adjusts the seat position to limit the risks arising from whole-body
vibrations. Please refer to the Safety information chapter for further details on the eects and risks of
whole-body vibrations.
