9 OPERAZIONI PERICOLOSE
9 DANGEROUS OPERATIONS 9 GEFAHRLICHE VERFAHREN
Si raccomanda di astenersi dall'eseguire le
seguenti operazioni, poiche comportano
sempre rischi elevati.
* Lavorazioni parziali, cioe qualsiasi taglio
che non copra 1'intera lunghezza del
pezzo.
* Taglio di pezzi contorti, che non
consentono un contatto adeguato fra il
pezzo e la tavola.
Please do not cany out the following
operations since they are always highly
dangerous:
* Partial machinings, i.e. any cut which
does not cover the whole length of the
workpiece.
* Cutting of bent pieces, i.e. workpieces
that do not perfectly adhere to the table.
Folgende Arbeiten diirfen nicht ausgefuhrt
werden, da sie immer mit gro&en Risiken
verbunden sind:
* Teilbearbeitungen, d.h. alle Schnitte, die
nicht (iber die ganze Lange des
Werkstuckes laufen;
* Schneiden von verzogenen
Werkstucken, die nicht richtig auf dem
Tisch autliegen;
Captazione della polvere
II sistema di captazione delle polveri deve
essere controllato quotidianamente, affinche
non si verifichino intasamenti oppure
ostruzioni dei canali predisposti.
Dust suction:
The dust suction system must be checked
every day in order to prevent any clogging
or obstruction of the relative pipes.
Staubabsaugung
Das Absaugsystem muS taglich iiberpruft
werden, um eventuelle Verstopfungen im
Absaugsystem zu vermeiden.
Formazione professionale
Nessuna persona deve lavorare su una
sega circolare se non ha ricevuto
I'addestramento necessario per il tipo di
lavoro in cui deve essere impiegata e non
e stata informata dei pericoli derivanti
dall'uso della macchina, delle precauzioni
da osservare per ridurre i rischi e dei
metodi di impiego di ripari, dispositivi e
apparecchiature.
Professional training
Nobody is allowed to work with a vertical
spindle moulder if not previously trained
for the kind of work he/she is due to
carry out and if not informed about the
dangers deriving from the use of the
machine, about the precautions to be
taken in order to reduce risks and about
the correct use of guards, devices and
tools.
Fachliche Ausbildung
Mit dieser Maschine durfen nur Personen
arfaeiten, die uber eine entsprechende
Ausbildung fur diese Art Arbeiten
verfugen, und die sich der damit
verbundenen Gefahren bewuBt sind. Sie
mussen imstande sein, die Gefahren
abzuwenden und die entsprechenden
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu treffen und
einzusetzen.
