Collegare un tubo flessibile avente un
diametro di 120 mm all'estremita finale del
tubo di aspirazione (Fig.A), posto
lateralmente al basamento, serrando il tubo
con idonee fascette.
Per garantire che la polvere aspirata dal
punto di emissione venga trasportata al
sistema di raccolta, si e tenuto conto di una
velocita lineare dell'aria in aspirazione di 20
m/sec per trucioli secchi, con portata
volumetrica inferiore a 1000 mc/h e 28
m/sec. per trucioli umidi (contenuto di
umidita del 18% o superiore), con portata
volumetrica superiore a 1000 mc/h.

SPECIFICATE.
Connect a flexible pipe with a diameter of 120
mm to the suction outlet (fig. A) placed on
machine basement side, then secure it by
means of appropriate clamps.
To allow the sucked dust to be conveyed
property and fully from the source to the
collecting system, we have considered a
linear exhaustion speed of 20 m/sec for dried
chips, with suction capacity lower than 1000
m3/h, and of 28 m/sec for moisty chips (with
moisture value 18% or more) with a suction
capacity over 1000 m3/h.
IT IS COMPULSORY FOR THE USER TO
USE THE MACHINE WITH A CHIPS
SUCTION SYSTEM FEATURING THE
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Einen Schlauch mit 120 mm Durchmesser
an den uber dem Arbeitstisch befindlichen
Ansaugstutzen (Abb. A) seitlich am
Maschinenkorper anschlieSen und mit
geeigneten Schellen befestigen.
Um eine einwandfreie Absaugung aller
Spane und Staubpartikel zu gewahrieisten,
muB eine lineare Luftansauggeschwindigkeit
von 20 m/sec fur trockene Spane bzw. 28
m/sec fur feuchte Spane (mit
Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von "18% oder hoher) mit
Forderieistung von mindestens 1000 nf/h
gewahrt sein.
