Tutti i cuscinetti della macchina sono a
tenuta stagna ed ingrassati a "vita" e
pertanto non richiedono alcuna lubrificazione
durante tutta la loro durata (in media 22.000
h).
Procedere settimanalmente ad una revisione
di tutte le parti in movimento della macchina,
se necessario, procedere alia loro
lubrificazione.
Utilizzare olio con viscosita ISO G32 e
grasso filante.
All the bearings of the machine are
watertight and life-lubricated so they will
never require to be greased throughout their
working life (averagely 22,000 h).
Control all the moving parts of the machine
once a week and if necessary lubricate
them.
Oil with ISO G32 viscosity and fluid grease.
Alle Lager der Maschine sind hermetisch
verschlossen und dauergeschmiert, sodaB
sie wahrend ihrer ganzen Lebensdauer (im
Durchschnitt 22.000 Std.) keine weitere
Wartung benotigen.
Die beweglichen Teile der Maschine jede
Wcche kontrollieren und wenn erforderiich
schmieren.
6l mil vlskositat ISO G32 und Schmierfett
verwenden.
21.3 Cinghia albero
Per la registrazione della cinghia
trapezoidale, si dovra procedere nel
seguente modo:
* smontare il carter posteriore di
protezione,
* allentare le due viti (A) Fig.23,
* per aumentare o diminuire la tensione
della cinghia agire sulla vite di registro
(B) Rg.23, posta dalla parte del motore,
rispettivamente in senso orario od
antiorario.
La cinghia e tesa bene quando cede di circa
10 mm sotto la pressione del pollice.
21.3 Belt tensioning
To tension the trapezoidal belt, comply with
the following instructions:
* Open the rear protection carter;
* Loosen both screws (A), fig. 23;
* Act on adjustment screw (B), fig. 23,
placed on motor side to increase by
clockwise rotation or diminish by anti-
clockwise rotation the belt tension
degree.
The belt has the right tension when it sags
by about 10 mm when pressed with your
thumb.
21.3 Riemenspannung
Mu& der Trapezriemen nachgespannt
werden, wird wie folgt verfahren:
* die hintere Schutzabdeckung
abmontieren;
* die beiden Schrauben (A) Abb. 23 losen;
* de Riemenspannung wird durch Drehen
in oder gegen Uhrzeigersinn der auf dem
Motor angebrachten Einstellschraube (B)
Abb. 23verandert.
Die Riemenspannung ist optimal, wenn sie
auf Daumendruck ca. 10 mm nachgibt.
