13.3 Elektrischer AnschluB
L'operazione di collegamento elettrico della
macchina deve essere eseguita da un
tecnico specializzato, rispettando le norme
che lo regolamentano.
Assicurarsi che la linea elettrica sia
dimensionata per sopportare la potenza della
macchina (sezione dei cavi elettrid min. 2,5
mmq.) e controllare che la tensione di rate
com'sponda a quella stampigliata sulla
targhetta di awertenza elettrica (Fig.9).
Prima di effettuare il collegamento
assicurarsi che la linea elettrica non sia sotto
tensione.
II cavo di terra (giallo-verde) deve essere
collegato al morsetto PE, mentre i cavi delle
tre fasi L1, L2, L3, vanno allacciati ai
rispettivi morsetti (Fig.9).
Una volta eseguito detto collegamento dare
tensione alia linea ed azionare per qualche
istante rinterruttore di awiamento della sega
(A) Fig. 10 al solo scope di verificare che il
senso di rotazione dell'albero sega sia quello
corretto (la lama deve lavorare contro
I'avanzamento).
Nell'eventualita che il senso di rotazione
della lama non sia quello indicate, togliere
tensione alia linea elettrica ed invertire due
fasi sulla morsettiera e verificare
nuovamente.
Effettuato I'allacciamento, richiudere la
morsettiera e serrare il pressacavo.
The electrical connection must be
performed by a qualified electrician in full
compliance with the regulations and norms
covering the matter.
Check that the electric mains is powerful
enough for machine requirements (min.
section of the electric cables: 2.5 mm
2
) and
check that the network voltage corresponds
to the one the machine has been wired for,
indicated on the electric data plate (fig. 9).
Before connecting the cables, make sure
there is no power on line.
To connect machine to power source, pis.
proceed as per the following instructions:
• open the electric box;
• connect the earth cable (yellow/green)
must be connected to the terminal marked
PE, whereas the three phase wires marked
L1, L2 and L3 must be connected to their
respective terminals (fig. 9).
Once connection has been completed,
screw electric box lid tight, put the line
under power and start the saw motor upon
the push-button (A), fig. 10, with the only
aim of checking that spindle rotation sense
is correct (the blade must rotate in the
opposite direction respect to the feed
direction).
Should the spindle rotation reveal reversed,
cut off the mains supply and invert two
phases on the terminal block, then check
again.
Finally tighten the cable clamp then close
the terminal block.
Der elektrische AnschluB der Maschine darf
nur von einem qualifizierten Fachmann unter
Beachtung aller geltenden Vorschriften und
Normen durchgefuhrt werden.
Kontrdlieren, da£ die Speiseleitung stark
genug fur die Maschinenleistung ist (min.
Kabelquerschnitt 2,5 mm
2
) und daB die
Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem
Elektroschild (Abb. 9) ubereinstimmt
Bevor die Maschine angeschlossen wird,
muB die Speiseleitung vom Stromnetz
abgenommen werden. •"
Der Erdeiter (geib/grtin) muB an die Klemme
PE angeschlossen werden, de drei
Phasendrahte L1, L2, L3 des Hauptkabels
werden an die entsprechenden Klemmen
angeschlossen (Abb. 9).
Nachdem der AnschluB fertiggestellt ist, wird
der Strom wieder eingeschaltet, dann wird
kurz der Startknopf (A) Abb. 10 gedrtickt, urn
die Drehrichtung der Sagespindel zu
kontrollieren (das Werkzeug muB gegen den
Vorschub arbeiten).
Lauft die Spindel falsch herum, muB die
Maschine wieder vom Stromnetz
abgenommen und zwei der drei
Phasendrahte auf dem Klemmbrett umgepolt
werden, anschlie&end noch einmal wie oben
beschrieben die Drehrichtung kontrolllieren.
Nachdem der AnschluB fertig ist, den
Klemmenkasten schlieBen und den
Kabelhalter anziehen.
