This chapter provides information on how to resolve common difficulties that users might experience
while using the Ver-Mac V-Touch AFAD controller.

5.1 Status and Error Message Description
Table 1 describes the possible error messages and the statuses that appear on the Home screen.

Status/Message Description
Lamp error
There is a defective lamp; the system cannot be used.
Replace it and/or check the lamp wiring. Contact our
technical assistance for replacement parts (see 1.1 Help
and Support).
Error low voltage The batteries need recharging.
Error gate blocked
The gate cannot be raised nor lowered (see section 5.3
Gate Blocked).
No radio The radio is not present, was not found, or is defective.
Status OK The system is operating normally.
Problem Description
The screen is black
and does not
respond.
Check if the battery is too low.
Password forgotten. Contact technical support (see 1.1 Help and Support
).
Battery values do not
display.
Check the solar regulator. In the operation, safety, and
maintenance manual, see the regulator section on LED
information. To open the manual, scan the QR code on
your AFAD unit.
