Symptom Potential Causes Items to be Examined or Handled
The heating system
is not running, the
contactor does not
pull
No heating required
Check the state of the controller, to confirm whether there is
a heating requirement.
Heating auxiliary relay fault
Check if the LED besides the relay is on and if the circuit
is correct
Heating system safety device is
disconnected
Check if manual reset switch is turned o and check the
automatic reset for damage.
