Operation
Place the bucket only with minimum pressure on the ground as you remove the
pins. The higher the pressure on the ground, the higher the resistance and the
more difficult it is to remove the pins.
Installing a bucket
• Install a bucket only if it is positioned on level ground with the flat side facing downward.
• Apply grease to the pins and joints before inserting the pins.
• Start the engine.
• Straighten the stick so that bores D and E are flush.
• Insert greased pin F.
• Actuate the stick ram until bores H and I are flush.
• Insert the greased pin J.
• Install linch pins K.
3.58 Quickhitch (option)
The attachment must always be safely locked onto the quickhitch –
Risk of accidents.
☞ Before starting work, ensure that the attachment is securely locked onto the
quickhitch by means of the lock mechanism. You must be able to see the
lock on either side of the mounting bore of the attachment.
Picking up
• Approach the machine to the attachment.
• Pick up the attachment with coupling bar M and coupling claws L of the quickhitch.
• Engage lock mechanism N into mounting bore O.
• Place the attachment on level ground.
