Procedure:
1. Pull and lock out pins on both sides of the live deck.

2. Push the control valve lever forward (retract the cylinder) to
begin lowering the deck.
3. Lower the deck over slowly. Before the deck approaches
horizontal, pull out and unlock each pin so they retract into
the holes. When the deck reaches horizontal, the pins will
snap into place to lock the deck.

4. Listen for the sound of the pins locking into place as the
deck is lowered to horizontal. Make sure each pin retracts
fully into the hole.

5. Pin both lifting arm lock straps in their storage position on
the log lifter frame.
