3. Replace the limit switch.
6.3.2 Servo Alarm
Cause
1. Incorrect polarity of port Servo Alarm.
2. Alarm in servo drive.
Solution
1. Convert its polarity. See Execute I/O Port Related Operations for details.
2. Check servo connecting wire.
6.3.3 E-stop Alarm
Cause
1. The E-stop button is pressed.
2. Incorrect polarity of port Emergency Stop.
3. Alarm in inverter.
Solution
1. Rotate the button clockwise.
2. Convert its polarity. See Execute I/O Port Related Operations for details.
3. Troubleshoot according to alarm type of the inverter.
6.3.4 Alarm of Terminal Board Disconnection
Cause
1. Incorrect polarity of port Terminal Board Disconnection / Extended
Terminal Board 1 Disconnection / Extended Terminal Board 2
Disconnection.
2. The cable has not been firmly connected.
3. Terminal board failure.
Solution
1. Convert its polarity. See Execute I/O Port Related Operations for details.
2. Re-plug the cable, and restart the software.
3. Check indicator lights on terminal board:
– If they are on, contact your supplier.
– If they are off, replace the terminal board.
