WARNING
Pressurized fluid can penetrate body tissue. Leaks can be invisible. Keep
away from any suspected leak. Relieve pressure in the hydraulic system
before searching for leaks, disconnecting hoses, or performing any other
work on the system. When searching for a pressurized leak, use an object
such as a piece of wood or cardboard. Keep hands away. When loosening a
fitting where residual pressure can exist, slowly loosen fitting until fluid
begins to leak. Wait for leaking to stop before disconnecting fitting. Tighten
all connections before re-pressurizing system. Seek immediate surgical
treatment if fluid is injected under skin.
WARNING
Contact with moving parts can cut or crush.
Keep hands, feet, and clothing away from power-driven parts. Keep all
shields and guards in place and properly secured.
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) can cause eye irritation and can be moderately
irritating to the skin. Spilling DEF onto hot components can cause the
release of ammonia vapors. Exposure to decomposition products can cause a
health hazard. Serious effects can be delayed following exposure.
DEF is not expected to produce significant adverse health effects when the
recommended instructions for use are followed:
• Do not breathe DEF vapor or mist.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using DEF.
• Avoid DEF contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
• Use caution when dispensing DEF near a hot engine.
• Do not clean up any spills with bleach.
•Wash hands thoroughly after handling DEF.
Hot asphalt can cause injury from burns.
• Wear safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.
In case of skin contact, get prompt medical attention.
A rider can fall off and be crushed.
Never allow anyone to ride on the ladder or platform.
