RECEIVING AND DELIVERY REPORT
DEALER PREP
Check and perform the following:
General
____ Check machine for shipping damage or shortage.
____ Check that all optional and loose items are included with machine.
____ Check that all safety signs and control decals are not damaged.
____ Check that the Operator’s and Maintenance Manual is attached to machine.
____ Check neutral start system and engine stop operations.
____ Check for fluid leaks. If leak is found, correct leak and check component fluid level.
Engine/Drivetrain
____ Check fuel and DEF levels.
____ Check oil level.
____ Check coolant level.
Hydraulics
____ Check fluid level.
____ Check for proper function.
DELIVERY
Check and perform the following with the operator/owner:
Machine
____ Review all sections of this Operator’s and Maintenance Manual.
____ Fill out Dealer, Owner, and Machine information sections in this manual.
Review of Operation
____ Overall explanation and demonstration of how the machine works.
____ Explain machine and operator safety.
____ Preparing machine for operation.
