Oxygen inlet flow higher than
necessary
Flow setting higher than necessary
Reduce flow setting in steps. Rule
of thumb for 100 % oxygen: Flow
= MVi.
Oxygen inlet leakage
Oxygen inlet is not sealed and no
oxygen is being supplied.
Seal oxygen inlet with protective
cap for oxygen inlet or supply
oxygen.
