6 Operation
1. Select New patient.
2. Select the following parameters:
• Gender
•Height
•Mode
3. Select Next.
The device shows a preview of the ventilation parameters
calculated. The parameters which are not active in ventilation
mode are grayed out and cannot be set.
4. If necessary: Adjust ventilation parameters.
5. Connect the patient to the device via a ventilation mask or
tracheal tube.
