Flexible cleaning
All Convotherm cleaning products are optimized for use in the combi steamer. Using liquid cleaning
products means that no cleaning-product residues can be left in the cooking chamber. All ConvoClean
appliances are equipped as standard with single-measure and canister dispensing.
Convotherm cleaning products:
ConvoClean forte:
10 litre canister or 125ml single-measure bottle
Liquid oven cleaning agent for manual and fully automatic cleaning
High cleaning strength
ConvoClean new:
10 litre canister or 125ml single-measure bottle
Liquid oven cleaning agent for manual and fully automatic cleaning; no
hazardous materials; environmentally friendly
Moderate cleaning strength
ConvoCare:
1 litre bottle or 125ml single-measure bottle
Rinse aid concentrate for the ConvoClean system; must be diluted in the
specified mixing ratio
Single-measure dispensing:
In addition to fully automatic cleaning using canisters, ConvoClean+ and ConvoClean can also run using sin-
gle-measure bottles.
No direct contact with chemicals thanks to a safe opening mechanism in
the cooking chamber
Single-dose bottle with safety cap
Easy handling – 125 ml per bottle
Space saving – can be stored separately from the combi steamer
Convotherm cleaning products can be added separately
