Flatten the crankshaft washer.
2.
Loosen and remove the crankshaft nut.
3.
Draw out the pulley with a puller.
NOTE FOR REASSEMBLING: Bend the crankshaft washer against one side of the nut. Tighten
the nut to

Do
not tighten the nut
excessively; it may damage the oil slinger, causing oil leakage.
