2. Actuator − Align
⇒ Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for the configuration and settings of
the actuator.
⇒ Make sure that the actuator is electrically disconnected.
⇒ Make sure that the connecting element (1, Fig. B) is disconnected from the
lever (4).
⇒ Use the spacers (94555A) to get a distance of 36 mm on each side of the
toothed rack.
⇒ Put the lever (4) in position on the shaft (3). Make sure that the center-line of
the lever aligns with the 50% fuel indication on the actuator.
⇒ Use a center punch to make the marks (11) on the shaft (3) and the lever (4) to
record their positions.
⇒ Attach the lever (4) to the connecting element (7) with the screw (9) and self−
locking nut (10).
⇒ Tighten the screw (6) on the shaft (3).
