1. Inspection of air flaps
Air flaps 7 arranged in the scavenge air receiver and in fixed support 5 must be
checked for damage, movability as well as fouling, in the course of the periodic
cleaning of the scavenge air receiver (see 0380−1).
The air flaps in the receiver are reached through openings on the front sides of the
scavenge air receiver, by loosening doors 3 and folding them back laterally.
To check the air flaps for auxiliary blowers 6, both inspection covers 4 at fixed sup-
port 5 are to be opened.
