Checks and Causes Solutions
1. Bad contacts between the voltage
terminals and toner cartridge, PL 1
1. Clean the terminals, PL 1. Ensure
all toner and dust particles are
removed.
2. The developer rollers in the toner
cartridge may be stained.
2. Clean all the toner cartridge
gears, PL 1.
If the problem still persists, install a
new toner cartridge, PL 1.
