while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving
parts can cause injury.
Description
One or several blank pages are printed.
When the printer is switched on, several blank pages print.
Checks and Causes Solutions
1. Computer system error. 1. Turn the power off, delete the
print job and resend the print job
again.
2. Bad ground contacts on the toner
cartridge, PL 1.
2. Clean the terminals, PL 1 and the
toner cartridge contacts, PL 1.
3. Damaged solenoid, PL 4. 3. Check the solenoid, PL 4.
Check and install a new main PBA,
PL 1 if necessary.
