Installing the upper case
1. Install the upper mount

and bolts

into the upper case, and then tighten the
bolts

2. Set the lower mounts

and bolts to the
upper case.
3. Install the end of the spring

into the
groove of the mount housing

, and
then tighten the bolts

.
NOTE:
Be sure to install the ground lead

into the
mount housing

4. Install the upper and lower mounting
bolts into the swivel bracket

simulta-
neously.
5. Install the upper mounting nut

and
lower mounting nut

, and then tighten
them to the specified torques.
6. Install the cover

by installing the
screw.

24 N·m (2.4 kgf·m, 17 ft·lb)
Lower mounting nut
