5.4.3 Imaging Window
Imaging window is to specify sample imaging conditions
(1) Channels
Imaging channel list
Show the list of imaging channels specified by; “Option” menu
“Channel Setting” menu. Also, by double-clicking each channel,
“Channel Setting” window (refer to 5.9 Channel Setting) opens.
Number of imaging channel
Light source information (laser or transmission illumination)
Emission filter information
Image acquisition conditions of camera, such as exposure time or
binning.
