2.1.2 Installation
(1) Preparations
• Place the microscope stand on a suitable tabletop.
• Remove the plastic cover (2Ć2ā/ā1).
• Remove the foam part (2Ć2ā/ā2) that locks the conĆ
denser slider.
• Remove the foam part (2Ć3ā/ā1) located above the
nosepiece.
NOTE Filter slider (2Ć2ā/ā3) is firmly mounted;
the appropriate filters (green filter,
attenuation filter) are not inserted
during transport.
(2) Screwing in of objectives
• Remove the dust covers (2Ć3ā/ā3) from the objective
mounts you want to use. Screw the objectives
(2Ć3ā/ā2) into the mounts in ascending order of
magnification factors.
