8.3.2.1. Replacement of the water separator
¾ Disconnect the suction waves cables from the patient current connections
¾ Disconnect the cable of the water level sensor and valve from the board
¾ Detach the silicone tubes from the water separator
¾ Unscrew the 6x screws located at the bottom of the vaco housing
¾ Take the water separator out of the housing and place it aside.
¾ Now place the water separator beside the housing and connect all cables to the board
¾ Place the new water separator onto the housing and screw it by using the 6x screws
¾ Attach the silicone tubes to the water separator
¾ Run a function test (see 10.6.2)
