1 From Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options and then the Advanced tab.
2 make sure that Use Java 2 for <applet> under Java (Sun) is selected.
3 Click OK to close the window.

27.4.2 ActiveX Controls in Internet Explorer
If ActiveX is disabled, you will not be able to download ActiveX controls or to use Trend
Micro Security Services. Make sure that ActiveX controls are allowed in Internet Explorer.
