DNS Route
14.1 Overview
DNS policy routing lets you forward DNS queries for specific domains to a specific
WAN interface. So for example, the ISP can configure the Device with a separate
WAN interface that connects to a private ISP network that uses private domain
names in providing services. They could configure DNS policy routes to forward
DNS queries for those domain names through the WAN interface connected to that
private ISP network.
14.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter
The DNS Route screens let you view and configure DNS routing policies on the
Device (Section 14.2 on page 189).
14.2 The DNS Route Screen
Click Advanced > DNS Route to open the DNS Route screen.
