warranty period, and upon pr oof of purchase, should the product have indications of failure due t o
faulty workm anship and/ or m aterials, Mit raSt ar will, at its discret ion, repair or replace t he defective
products or com ponents wit hout charge for eit her part s or labor, and t o w hat ever extent it shall
deem necessary to rest ore t he pr oduct or com ponent s t o proper operating condition. Any
replacem ent will consist of a new or re-m anufactured functionally equivalent product of equal or
higher value, and will be solely at t he discret ion of MitraSt ar. This warranty shall not apply if t he
product has been m odified, m isused, t am pered with, dam aged by an act of God, or subj ected to
abnorm al working conditions.

Repair or replacem ent, as provided under this warrant y, is the exclusive rem edy of the purchaser.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warrant ies, express or im plied, including any im plied warrant y of
m erchantability or fit ness for a particular use or purpose. Mit raStar shall in no event be held liable
for indirect or consequential dam ages of any kind to t he purchaser.

Authorizat ion num ber (RMA) . Product s m ust be r et urned Postage Prepaid. I t is recom m ended t hat
the unit be insured w hen shipped. Any returned products wit hout proof of purchase or t hose with
an out-dated warranty will be repaired or replaced ( at t he discretion of MitraSt ar) and t he custom er
will be billed for parts and labor. All repaired or replaced products will be shipped by MitraSt ar to t he
corresponding ret urn address, Postage Paid. This warrant y gives you specific legal rights, and you
m ay also have other rights t hat vary from country t o count ry.
