18 Settings
This chapter describes how to change the phone settings from the My
Settings menu which is invoked by pressing the settings key, .
Note: You can return to the idle menu at any time by pressing .
18.1 My Availability Settings
In the My Availability menu, it is possible to specify the following settings:
• My Presence
• Follow-me
• External Follow-me
• My Profile
• My mobile phone
• Free on busy
18.1.1 My Presence
Note: My Presence is described in detail in 13 Presence Information on
page 82.
To change the presence status, do the following:
1. Press , select My Availability, and press Select.
OR
Press soft key Availability.
2. Select My Presence, and press Select.
A list of absence reasons is displayed. Scroll the list with the navi-
gation keys.
3. Select an absence reason and press Select.
The name of the selected absence reason is displayed. Depending
on the reason selected, the field Return time (HH:TT) or Return
date (MM.DD) may also appear below the reason.
4. If required, enter the expected return time or return date.
5. Press Set to send the absence information to the exchange.
