Press the plus (+) or minus (-) soft keys, or the volume keys, to
increase or decrease the intensity and brightness hold time to the
desired levels. Switch between the fields with the navigation keys.
4. Press Set for each setting.
5. Press to return to the idle state.
18.5 Language
This section describes how to change language in the display menus,
and character set for the keypad characters in your phone.
Note: There are several languages and character sets available for the
phone. They are enabled by the system administrator.
18.5.1 Display Menus
To change the language in the display menus, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Scroll to Language and press Select.
3. Select Display Menus and press Select.
A list of available languages is displayed.
4. Scroll the list with the navigation keys and select the desired
language.
5. Press Set.
A confirmation message is displayed.
6. Press Yes to confirm, or No to cancel.
Note: The phone must be registered to the exchange, and the desired
language must be available in the exchange, otherwise it is not
possible to change languages.
18.5.2 Keypad Characters
To change the keypad character set, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Scroll to Language and press Select.
3. Select Keypad Characters and press Select.
