14.4.2  Editing an MNS Key
MNS keys can only be programmed by the system administrator, but you 
can change the alert signal and the shortcut label. 
To edit an MNS key, do the following:
1. Press  . The second shortcut page opens.
2. Press more..., select Edit Shortcuts and press Select.
3. Press the shortcut that you wish to edit.
The Edit window appears for the selected shortcut. The shortcut 
key indicator starts flashing slowly.
4. To change the shortcut label, edit the label text and press Done.
5. To change the alert signal, press more..., select Edit Alert and 
press Select.
OR
1. Press and hold the shortcut that you wish to edit.
The Edit window appears for the selected shortcut. The shortcut 
key indicator starts flashing slowly.
2. To change the shortcut label, edit the label text and press Done.
3. To change the alert signal, press more..., select Edit Alert and 
press Select.

14.5 Delete a Shortcut
It is possible to delete one, several or all shortcuts at once. This section 
describes how to do it. 
14.5.1  Deleting a Single Shortcut
To delete a single shortcut, do the following:
1. Press  . The second shortcut page opens.
2. Press more..., select Edit Shortcuts and press Select.
3. Press the shortcut that you wish to delete.
The Edit window appears for the selected shortcut. The shortcut 
key indicator starts flashing slowly.
