18.1.6 Free On Busy
To activate free on busy, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Select My Availability, and press Select.
3. Select Free on busy:OFF, and press Select.
4. Select ON, put call through, and press Select.
To disable Free on busy, select OFF, send busy on busy.
Note: You can enable and disable Free on busy by pressing the Free
on busy shortcut key. The indicator lamp is turned on or off to indi-
cate status.
18.2 Shortcuts
You can program, edit, and delete shortcuts via the Shortcuts option in
the My Settings menu as well as via the Shortcuts menu.
• Press and select Shortcuts. The message “Select a Shortcut
by pressing the key!” is displayed. Press the shortcut key you wish
to program, edit, or delete.

18.3 Sounds
This section describes how to change ring signals and alert signals for
incoming calls from the settings menu Sounds.
Note: You can change the ring signal for individual contacts, see 12.3.3

18.3.1 Changing Ring Signals for Incoming Calls
A ring signal can be either a traditional ring signal or a melody that you
download from a server.
To change ring signals for all incoming calls, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Select Sounds and press Select.
