18.10 Help
You can easily get information on which software version is installed on
your phone, the phone IP address, and the phone web address.
To find this information, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Scroll down the list, select Help, and press Select.
3. Select About: Aastra 7444ip and press Select.
The current software version is displayed, along with at least one
option.
4. Select Phone IP Address and press Select to see the current IP
address.
OR
Select Phone Web Address and press Select to see the current
web address.
Whether or not the Phone Web Address option is available in the
Help menu, depends on how the phone is configured. Contact the
system administrator for more information.
