To answer a second incoming call, do the following:
1. The second incoming call is indicated by a flashing line key and
information about the caller, see figure below.
2. Press the flashing line key to answer the second call.
The first call is put on hold automatically.
7.5.1 Activating Free on Busy
To activate Free on busy, do the following:
• Press the Free on busy shortcut key. The key indicator is lit.
OR
1. Press the Availability soft key.
2. Navigate to Free on busy: OFF and press Select.
3. Select the option ON, put call through and press Select.
4. Press Back to return to the idle display.
Note: If you have ongoing calls on line 1 and on line 2 and if there is a
new call received on line 3, you cannot transfer any of the calls to
a fourth part.
7.5.2 Deactivating Free on Busy
To deactivate Free on busy, do the following:
• Press the Free on busy shortcut key. The key indicator is turned
off.
