Select . [number or contact that left MMW].
2. Press Call.
The person who left the MMW is called.
After the call, the messages icon still appears in the display, and you
have to remove the MMW indication manually.
To remove an MMW indication manually, do the following:
1. Press .
Select . [number or contact that left MMW].
2. Press Delete.
The message “Delete [number or contact that left MMW]?” is
displayed.
3. Press Yes to confirm deletion.
4. Press Exit to return to the idle list.
15.2.2 Ordering an MMW Indication
To order MMW to another extension, do the following:
1) Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone.
2) Dial *31* extension number #.
3) Replace the handset.
15.2.3 Canceling an MMW Indication
To cancel a MMW indication that you have sent to another extension, do
the following:
1) Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone.
2) Dial #31* extension number #.
3) Replace the handset.
