Group 12: Constant speeds
This group defines a set of constant speeds. In general:
You can program up to 7 constant speeds, ranging from 0 … 500 Hz.
Values must be positive (No negative speed values for constant speeds).
Constant speed selections are ignored if:
- the torque control is active, or
- the process PID reference is followed, or
- the drive is in local control mode, or
- PFA (Pump and fan alternation) is active
Note: Parameter 1208 CONST SPEED 7 acts also as a so-called fault speed which
may be activated if the control signal is lost. For example, see parameters 3001
AI<MIN FUNCTION, 3002 PANEL COMM ERR and 3018 COMM FAULT FUNC.
1107
REF2 MIN
0.0 … 100.0%
(torque: 0 … 600%)
0.1% 0.0%
Sets the minimum for external reference 2.
The minimum analog input signal (in volts or amps) corresponds to REF2 MIN in %.
Parameter 1301 MINIMUM AI1 or 1304 MINIMUM AI2 sets the minimum analog
input signal.
This parameter sets the minimum frequency reference.
The value is a percentage of the:
maximum frequency or speed
maximum process reference
nominal torque.
1108
REF2 MAX
0.0 … 100.0%
(torque: 0 … 600%)
0.1% 100.0%
Sets the maximum for external reference 2.
The maximum analog input signal (in volts or amps) corresponds to REF2 MAX in
%.
Parameter 1302 MAXIMUM AI1 or 1305 MAXIMUM AI2 sets the maximum analog
input signal.
This parameter sets the maximum frequency reference.
The value is a percentage of the:
maximum frequency or speed
maximum process reference
nominal torque
Group 11: Reference select
