automatically.

Through this function, we can achieve the meter’s DST change automatically. When

the clock operates to the DST start setting time, the meter could adjust the clock to some

certain time segment in advance. But when the clock operate to the DST ending, the meter

could adjust the time to some certain time segment pushed back.
