Delay time: how long will the alarm conditions keep after that event is established.The

can make logo, the bit0 ~ bit11 respectively corresponding to the group 1 to 12 groups can
make alarm output, the corresponding bit is "1", the group of alarm events, RO accordingly
output, otherwise is invalid.
