3.2.9 Pause, end or resume a workout
Pausing/ending a workout can be done 2 ways:
(1)
(A) Resume workout
(B) End workout
OR
(2)
Both procedures will lead to the following options:
Scroll through the
workout metrics until you
see “END WORKOUT?”
scroll across the screen.
Confirm by pressing the
center button.
Press and hold the center
button to pause your
workout.
