3.4 Workout Statistics
Viewing your workout stats from activities completed with the FITSMART can be done from the miCoach train & run app after you have synced your workout. For more info on
syncing workouts, please see section 2.3.3.
Remember, your workout stats will be visible on FITSMART only immediately after finishing your workout. Once you return to the
time screen the latest workout stats can no longer be viewed from the FITSMART and must be viewed from the app.
1. Sync paired FITSMART with app 2. Navigate to Workout history 3. Select Workout 4. Review stats
