Problem
Individual ultrasonic depth readings (SDEPTH_3) from
ParaDepth, ParaFlow,
Surface Combo
Sensor/Ult
rasonic Depth Sensor are consistently
equivalent to the value obtained from the following
equation: Pipe Height
Physical Offset + 9.99.
Possible
Causes
Sensor may be faulty.
5
-volt (blue) fuse on regulator may have blown.
Possible
Solutions
Replace the Surface Combo Sensor/Ultrasonic Depth
Sensor.
Replace the 5
-volt (blue) fuse on the regulator.
Caution
:
Do not connect a potentially shorted sensor to
another monitor until confirming that the sensor is
functional (i.e., not shorted) using a voltmeter. A shorted
sensor will blow the 5
-
volt (blue) replacement fuse on
the regulator of the monitor.
Problem
Sensor reports abnormal temperatures.
Possible
Causes
Sensor connection to monitor may be loose.
Temperature sensor may be faulty.
Sensor may be faulty.
Possible
Solutions
Secure sensor connection to monitor if necessary.
Replace the sensor.
