Warranty Statement
Attention: All MFC warranties are void if the seal on the MFC cover is broken or
removed.
Aera warrants that for a period of one year after shipment, products
manufactured by Aera shall be free from defects in material and workmanship
when installed, serviced, and operated with the specifications for which they
were designed. Aera will replace or repair any equipment or parts returned
provided that factory inspection shows that such defect developed under normal
and proper use by the original user. Aera’s liability under this warranty is
limited to such replacement or repair and they shall not be held in any form of
action for any incidental or consequential damages to property or person. The
foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
Representations and warranties by any person, including dealers and
representatives of seller, which are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms of
this warranty (including but not limited to limitations of liability as set forth
above), shall not be binding unless produced in writing and approved by an
authorized representative of Aera.
