12.7. GPS receiver (optional)
With the optional GPS receiver the DLT-V72 can be used for GPS navigation.
The GPS receiver has an integrated antenna for position data of the Global Positioning System (GPS)
and communicates with the DLT-V72 via USB interface. Installation information is included with the GPS
receiver. We recommend using only a GPS receiver approved by Advantech-DLoG.

Properties:
− Detects the signals of up to 50 satellites simultaneously
− Supports DGPS, WAAS, EGNOS and MSAS
− Supports NMEA 0183 protocols: GGA, GSA, GSV, RMC, VTG
− IPX6 protection class
− LED indicator for displaying the GPS status
− Cable length: 1.50 m
− Operating temperature: -40 up to +85 °C
Installation
The installation CD supplied with the GPS receiver includes installation files and a multi-lingual manual.
