The Fat Sampler
International dairy authorities, as well as most local dairy authorities, may require
the sampling of milk during the milking process. The fat sampler complies with
these regulations. The fat sampler is made up of a sampling bottle and a sampler
head.
Mounting the Fat Sampler
The Fat Sampler is mounted below the Milk Meter body between the outlet
port and the elbow joint to the milk line.

Note
During normal milking, when not sampling, a sampler
replacement tube fills the gap reserved for the fat sampler.
