drain freely into a separate overflow vessel. The end of the tube must be
above the expected level of liquid in the vessel.
The correct burner is fitted.
The flame shield, sample compartment front panel, and chimney have been
fitted.
The pressure relief bung O ring has been lubricated with distilled water and the
bung has been installed correctly.
The exhaust system has been checked and the Gas supplies are sufficient for
the analysis. Refer Page 36.
To light the flame:
1 Press and hold the ‘Flame on’ button. until the flame ignites.

If the ignition sequence times out before the flame ignites, release the button, wait
about five seconds, and restart the sequence.
CAUTION
If an error is displayed, ensure all safety interlocks have been satisfied before
continuing. Do not attempt to bypass any safety interlock.
