3 Use the narrow end of the nebulizer tool to unscrew the clamp bush guide
from the white plastic insert.
4 Remove the capillary assembly and the spring.
5 Turn the nebulizer block over to the back face.
This is where you access the venturi.
Before you remove the venturi, the impact bead must be removed or
moved away from the venturi. To do this, slacken the clamping screw
that secures the impact bead in the adjuster block, and move the

6 Insert the small end of the venturi extraction tool into the venturi.

7 Push down on the extraction tool and both the venturi and capillary guide are
removed.
8 Carefully inspect all components for wear and corrosion. Replace all faulty
items. Instructions on how to clean a blocked nebulizer follows.
Clean a blocked nebulizer
Check the nebulizer body, capillary and venturi for corrosion. Nebulizer issues can
be minimized by aspirating 50-500 mL of distilled water at the end of each working
day.
