Switching LC stream to MS
After you condition the column and tune the instrument, you switch the LC
stream from Waste to MS. See “Switch LC stream to Waste.” on page 46 for
how to do this.
Monitoring MS baseline and spectral displays
If you did not monitor the LC baseline with a VWD or DAD, make sure that the
instrument baseline is stable, and no spectra of interfering intensity appear in the
display.
If you did monitor the LC baseline with a VWD or DAD, you change back to the
default instrument displays.
1 Right-click the chromatogram plot, and click Change.
2 Select the MS signal, and click OK.
