l OFF is equivalent to Factory Reset (*RST) on power-up.
MEMory:STATe:VALid? {0|1|2|3|4}
Indicates whether a valid state is currently stored in a storage location.
Parameter Typical Return
{0|1|2|3|4} 0 (no valid state stored) or 1(valid state stored)
Return state of memory location 3:
MEM:STAT:VAL 3?
l Use this before sending *SAV to avoid accidentally overwriting a state.
