The side airbags are installed on the sides of both front seat backrests, and the airbag installation locations
are marked with “airbag.” They are able to provide additional protection to the entire upper body (chest,
abdomen and crotch) of the passenger in a serious side impact.
WARNING: Excessive external force is not allowed on the side of the seat backrest, otherwise the side
airbag may not be triggered. If you find that the original seat cover is damaged or the seam of the seat
cover area corresponding to the side airbag is damaged, you must immediately contact Aiways for
maintenance. Unless approved by Aiways, the seat cover dedicated to the side airbag seat of Aiways must
be used.
