13.4 Network Diagnostics
You can use ping and traceroute diagnostics for troubleshooting network connectivity via phone user
interface.
Go to the phone UI: Menu → Advanced Setting (default password:123456) → Net Diagnose, and then input
the IP address to trigger “ping” or “traceroute” command. The diagnosis result will be displayed on the
screen.
13.5 Packets Capture via PC port
You can capture data packets of the phone with PC port mirror function.
The following table lists the parameter you can use to configure PC port mirror function.
